The March minutes were read and approved.
A letter to written to the Tolland Planning Board by Jessica Kelmelis as clerk was read. There were concerns on her part, as well as the other Assessors, about a comment in the Planning Board August 2014 minutes. It was stated that a non-conforming deck which already existed was not an issue as it had appeared on four separate tax bills. The letter to the Board clarified that the Assessors are required to assess a value for all property that exists. The fact that is has a value does not mean that all construction codes and bylaws have been adhered to.
The annual contract with CAI Technologies was signed,
